RAZOR8 offers eight available slitting razors, extends time between blade removal to lengthen production runs and improve scheduling. The rotating blade head sequences blade-to-blade, never losing web-slitting contact.
RAZOR8 holder comes complete with a full blade head guard assembly to prevent blade contact and allows only ½” blade exposure when slitting. The touch-screen control box allows the operator to index to the next blade, whether manually or automatically, without exposure to the razor blades.
